MAIN FEATURES

 

WeatherCam is a web cam capable of sending images via FTP from environmental monitoring sites. WeatherCam is an IP camera designed for minimal power consumption (2W @ 12Vdc) and to transmit images in 4G mode via GPRS/LTE. This feature allows it to be powered by a photovoltaic panel and provides an updated image every 15 minutes.

The camera features a latest-generation 8-megapixel sensor, excellent light sensitivity, and a wide range of image settings.

A data SIM card is all that's needed for data transmission, so WeatherCam can be installed anywhere without the need for a wired connection.

The camera must always be supplied with at least one Geoves monitoring station (e.g., a weather or hydrometric station) and the Geoves Meteograph web service.

The WeatherCam will always be supplied with a waterproof outdoor case with a pole bracket, a 4G modem for inserting a data SIM card (your choice of primary operator), a power kit with a 12Vdc battery, charge regulator, photovoltaic panel, and an outdoor housing box with pole brackets.
